By placing an order or requesting any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2.1 Installation and Setup Services

AIlifeCore offers professional installation and setup of smart AI devices at your home or office. Our technicians ensure optimal integration, configuration, and testing.

2.2 Scheduling and Changes

2.3 No-Cancellation Services

Certain custom configuration services that require special parts or third-party coordination are non-cancelable once ordered, due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. We will notify you at the time of purchase if a service is non-cancelable.

3. Informational Products

We provide digital guides, tutorials, and technical documentation related to smart AI devices. Informational products are delivered via download links or email.

4. Physical Goods

Our online store offers a range of smart AI devices and accessories. All products purchased from AIlifeCore are subject to availability and may require additional shipping time.

5. Refund Policy

AIlifeCore is committed to customer satisfaction. The following refund guidelines apply based on the type of purchase.

5.1 Services

• Standard On-Site or Remote Services: You may request a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot. Refunds are issued to the same payment channel used at purchase within 7 business days after cancellation processing.
• Custom or Non-Cancelable Services: As noted in section 2.3, these services are not eligible for a refund once confirmed, due to the procurement of specialized equipment and dedicated technician scheduling. Instead, you may opt to transfer the service to another address or recipient at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 72 hours before the appointment.

5.2 Informational Products

• If you find the digital material unsuitable, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To qualify, you must not have downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content.
• Refunds are processed to the payment channel used at purchase within 10 business days of approval.
• If you prefer, we can issue a credit voucher for future informational product purchases, valid for six months.

5.3 Physical Goods

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or malfunctions within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: You may send back unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds for eligible goods are applied to the payment channel used at purchase within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. You may also request an sharing for another model or product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIlifeCore and its affiliates are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of AIlifeCore after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
